Ouvrir une enquête publique sur la DPJ au Québec

La Direction de la protection de la jeunesse au Québec est-elle un état dans l'état? Utilise-t-elle l'obligation de confidentialité (la loi de l'omerta) pour ne pas se justifier? A-t-elle un garde fou? Une autorité de surveillance? Si ce n'est pas le cas, une porte s'ouvre à tous les débordements comme les retraits abusifs des enfants à leurs familles. Mehdi, privé de sa mère, pour un simple retard de langage est à présent sous Risperdal (neuroleptique) et se détériore psychiquement. Il ne faut pas confondre stade de développement et obligation d'âge. Un enfant doit toujours être maintenu dans sa famille lorsque de simples mesures éducatives suffisent. 

La mère de Mehdi ne le voit qu’une demi-heure par mois alors que ce dernier la réclame et souffre mais la DPJ en a décidé autrement mais pourquoi? Pourquoi priver un enfant d’une mère aimante?

N’oublions pas qu’Einstein, le plus célèbre dyslexique n’a pas parlé avant l’âge de 3 ans. Et pourtant il a élaboré la théorie de la relativité en se visualisant à cheval sur un faisceau de lumière...

Les enfants ne suivent pas tous les mêmes stades de développement au même âge. Il y a des moyennes et des écarts types comme Einstein. Mais tous ont besoin de leurs parents imparfaits comme vous, comme moi, mais aimants.

N'oublions pas les enfants de la Terre sont les tiens, les miens, les nôtres. Il est de notre devoir d'adulte de les protéger. Ils sont notre avenir, notre humanité. Sans eux nous ne sommes rien, sans nous ils ne peuvent rien. Alors ensemble signons cette pétition pour leur donner le droit d'exister, pour leur donner une chance d'être les enfants de leurs parents.

هل مديرية حماية الشباب في كيبيك دولة داخل الدولة؟ هل تستخدم ضرورة السرية (قانون omerta) لكي لا تبرر نفسها ؟ هل لديها ما يحميها؟ هل لديها سلطة رقابة؟ إذا لم تكن هذه هي الحالة، يفتح الباب لجميع التجاوزات مثل عمليات السحب التعسفي للأطفال عن أسرهم. مهدي، محروم من والدته، بسبب تاخر بسيط عن الكلام موجود الان تحت علاج ال Risperdal (المضادة للذهان) و حالته تتدهور نفسيا. لا ينبغي الخلط بين مرحلة النمو وبين السن. وينبغي دائما المحافظة على الطفل داخل اسرته عندما والدة المهدي لا تراه الا نصف ساعة في الشهر في حين هذا الاخير يناديها ويتالم لكن مديرية حماية الشباب قررت خلاف ذلك لكن لماذاَ؟ لماذا نحرم طفل من ام محبة؟تكون تدابيرتربوية بسيطةكافية. لا تنسى ان أينشتاين، احد المعانين من عسر القراءة الأكثر شهرة لم يتكلم قبل سن 3 سنوات. إلا أنه طور نظرية النسبية من خلال تصور نفسه يركب على شعاع من الضوء ... لا تنسى ان أينشتاين، احد المعانين من عسر القراءة الأكثر شهرة لم يتكلم قبل سن 3 سنوات. إلا أنه طور نظرية النسبية من خلال تصور نفسه يركب على شعاع من الضوء ... الأطفال لا يتبعون كلهم نفس مراحل النمو في نفس العمر. هناك معدلات وانحرافات معيارية، مثل أينشتاين. ولكن كلهم بحاجة لوالدين ليسا كاملين مثلك، مثلي، ولكن محبين. لحسن الحظ، "إن إنشاء المحكمة هو هدية من الأمل لأجيال المستقبل، وخطوة عملاقة في التقدم نحو حقوق الإنسان العالمية وسيادة القانون." (من كوفي عنان، الأمين العام السابق للأمم المتحدة كامبيدوغليو، روما - 18 يوليو 1998) لا تنسى ان أبناء الأرض هم اطفالي، اطفالك،اطفالنا. من واجبنا نحن الكبار حمايتهم. هم مستقبلنا، إنسانيتنا. بدونهم نحن لا شيء من دوننا لا يستطيعون فعل شيئ. اذا لنوقع جميعا هذه العريضة لمنحهم الحق في الوجود، و اعطائهم فرصة ليكونوا اطفال والديهم. لورين داي

Is the Direction of the Quebec youth protection a State in the State? Use the duty of confidentiality (the law of omerta) to not be justified? Have a crazy guard? A supervisory authority? If no, a door will open to all overflows: abusive withdrawals of children from their families. Mehdi deprived of his mother for a language delay and now take Risperdal and he deteriorate mentally. Do not confuse developmental stage and age requirement. A child should always be maintained in his family when simple educational measures are sufficient. 

The mother of Mehdi sees only half an hour per month while the latter the claims and suffers but the DPJ decided otherwise but why? Why deprive a child of a mother loving?

    

Let us not forget that Einstein, the most famous Dyslexic did not speak before the age of 3 years. And yet it has developed the theory of relativity by visualizing riding on a beam of light...

Children are not all the same stages of development at the same age. There are averages and deviations like Einstein. But all need their imperfect like you, like me, but loving parents.

Let us not forget the children of the Earth are yours, mine, ours. It is our duty to adult to protect them. They are our future, our humanity. Without them we are nothing, without us they can do nothing. Then all sign this petition to give them the right to exist, to give them a chance to be children of their parents.
